Trigger Point Dry Needling Certified

Lance began his career treating orthopedic and sports injuries, with a focus on strength, mobility, and performance. He is certified in trigger point dry needling, trained in Redcord Neurac and mat Pilates, and incorporates both manual therapy and movement-based techniques into care.

Early on, he recognized a critical lack of awareness around pelvic floor dysfunction—both in the general public and medical community. That realization sparked his path into pelvic health, where he now works with patients of all gender identities to address pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and urinary or bowel concerns.

Dr. Frank now owns and operates a small private practice, Flex PT ATL, in Midtown, Atlanta where he provides pelvic health physical therapy services to cisgender and transgender folx managing sexual health and intimacy concerns, pelvic pain, and urinary or bowel dysfunction.

As an openly gay clinician, Lance is passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed care—especially for LGBTQIA+ individuals and others who may feel overlooked or misunderstood in traditional medical settings. He’s one of the few male pelvic health providers in the U.S., and proudly serves many patients with penises while remaining committed to treating anyone experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, regardless of anatomy.

Lance believes patients should feel empowered to choose a provider who aligns with their values—not just their body parts. His mission is to create a safe, affirming space where all bodies are respected, and where people can reconnect with their health, function, and confidence.
